What you will do

• Introduce and manage assistive technology products throughout their lifecycle.
• Engage with hardware and software vendors to influence roadmaps and resolve support issues.
• Ensure assistive technology products are discoverable and accessible to all colleagues.
• Partner with EDI teams to align product strategy with wider organizational inclusivity goals.
• Provide operational support for end-user computing products.
• Define future strategies for assistive technology in collaboration with engineering teams and end users.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical teams with an awareness of product lifecycles.
• Experience with modern Windows and Mac environments.
• Understanding of application deployment concepts.
• Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong self-initiative and a can-do approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for assistive technology as a subject.
