Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid: 5 days/week in office)

Salary: $180,000 - $440,000 USD

What you will do

• Leverage Grok models to power advertising stack stages including candidate selection, ranking, auction, and campaign optimization.
• Own and operate systems and products that drive the majority of company revenue.
• Collaborate with a small, highly motivated team to transform the advertising stack.
• Contribute directly to the company mission in a flat organizational structure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience working on large-scale, high-throughput AI-powered advertising products.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Jax, and Rust.
• Must be based in Palo Alto and able to work from the office 5 days a week.
• Strong communication skills to share knowledge concisely with teammates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
