What you will do

• Apply Grok models across the advertising stack, including candidate selection, ranking, auctions, campaign optimization, creative generation, and advertiser experience.
• Build and operate large-scale, high-throughput advertising systems and products.
• Contribute to bidding, auction, marketplace, ranking, prediction, and advertising product systems.
• Own products and systems that drive a significant share of company revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience working on large-scale, high-throughput AI-powered advertising products.
• Experience building advertising products or systems at massive scale.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge concisely and accurately.
• Hands-on engineering approach, strong work ethic, and prioritization skills.
