TL;DR

Technical Support Consultant (L2): Providing high-level technical assistance for global SaaS and hardware solutions with an accent on data connectivity, system integration, and database troubleshooting. Focus on resolving complex connectivity issues across cloud and on-premises environments while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Location: Remote. Must be available for a fixed schedule: Monday-Friday, 9pm - 6 am CET.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support via calls, chats, and emails for diverse IT clients.
  • Investigate and resolve complex connectivity issues and data platform integration problems.
  • Diagnose system failures related to data extraction and connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established support workflows.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information.

Requirements

  • English: C1 level (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms including Microsoft, Google, AWS, Azure, and on-premises databases.
  • Proven experience in technical support roles.
  • Analytical and research skills for troubleshooting connectivity across multiple environments.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (min 50/40 Mbps).
  • Availability to work the fixed night shift (9pm - 6am CET).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes/k3s and virtual machines.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and DNS.
  • Familiarity with SSL certificates, SSH keys, and tunnels.
  • Basic SQL querying skills.
  • Experience with Azure storage and Office 365 APIs.
