What you will do

• Debug and troubleshoot incidents with core products and solutions.
• Reproduce defects and file actionable issues for product engineering.
• Replicate customer deployment environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Represent customer interests in Engineering and Product Management discussions.
• Contribute to and maintain the internal Knowledge Base and diagnostic tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries via support cases, email, chat, and phone.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to read and understand Java code.
• Solid English proficiency.
• Experience with Linux command line, SQL databases, and networking protocols.
• Experience with container technology and major cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of component management tools like Maven or npm.
• Experience with OAuth, SAML, and TLS/SSL authentication.
• Familiarity with hirify.global, jFrog, or Snyk products.
