📋 Description

• Ticket management for all incoming requests and issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, document, and develop root-cause solutions.
• Dive deep into product, data model, to drive RCAs with engineering.
• Develop end-to-end product understanding from docs and KBs.
• Regularly communicate client issues with Engineering and CS.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with Eng and CS teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in CS/Engineering or relevant exp.
• 2-3 years in software/customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on SQL (DML) for data deep-dives.
• Strong problem solving and RCA skills.
• Excellent English and communication abilities.
• Experience with MS Excel and Word; knowledge base docs.
