What you will do
- Assist with client queries related to access management, system workflow, technical errors, and customization requirements.
- Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot issues; coordinate with internal groups to deliver timely resolutions.
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to clients, including evaluation and reporting on requests.
- Support system enhancements by participating in testing and handling incident reporting and escalations.
- Onboard new participants, configure the product for trade confirmation needs, and support UAT/pre-prod testing and production emulation.
- Maintain productive client relationships and coordinate across global operations to improve client experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Japanese (native or business level proficiency) to directly support Japanese-speaking clients.
- Strong technical skills combined with business knowledge and investigative/problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle difficult client conversations.
- Customer-oriented mindset with awareness of impact on internal and external clients.
- Flexibility regarding hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding or keen interest in financial markets and the OTC post-trade framework (e.g., FX, equity, FI, credit, futures).
