What you will do
- Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers in the front office for Private Banking clients.
- Respond to client enquiries and instructions, resolving most issues and requests.
- Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts.
- Support Relationship Managers in delivering financial advisory services to clients.
- Maintain client data and reports (e.g., contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, and credit review/renewal status).
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, arranging travel, and producing presentation materials.
- Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations, and other functional areas as needed and ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Meticulous attention to details and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration mindset across departments and ability to adapt to change.
