• Develop and optimize user communication channels and the knowledge base.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of fintech and digital finance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Must be based in Bangkok, Indonesia, Philippines, or Vietnam.
