What you will do

• Identify and prioritize business reporting initiatives to support strategic objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Drive evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with technology and data governance teams to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Interpret complex data to provide actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Expert proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• BSc, MSc, or PhD in a relevant field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model at our office hubs in London or Madrid.

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
