What you will do

• Prototype and evaluate AI agents using modern frameworks like LangChain and Pydantic-AI.
• Partner with enterprise customers to co-design and implement practical AI-powered solutions.
• Develop agentic systems that integrate structured data with language models.
• Write clean, production-quality Python code for data pipelines and intelligent integrations.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to improve the core AI platform based on deployment insights.
• Create reusable templates and patterns to accelerate future AI implementations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-quality code.
• Understanding of LLMs and AI system development, including prompting and evaluation.
• Experience with SQL and relational data environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI/ML systems in production with observability and monitoring.
• Background in solutions engineering or AI consulting.
• Familiarity with MLOps, orchestration, containerization, and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance and access control principles.
