Location: Remote (US only)

Compensation: $202,500–$300,000 (Base + OTE)

What you will do

• Design and build AI-ready data architectures using hirify.global One and cloud platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Convert complex analytics workflows into reusable, deployable solution patterns.
• Lead lighthouse customer deployments from pilot to production within 90 days.
• Collaborate with systems integrators and consulting partners to enable independent delivery.
• Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and playbooks for scalable solutions.
• Provide structured product feedback to engineering teams based on production validation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building data, analytics, or platform systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud data platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, or AWS).
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical, field-facing role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for building production workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, governance, and cost tradeoffs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. in compliance with U.S. export controls.
