Salary: $163,710 – $192,600

What you will do

• Partner with analytics, marketing, and product teams to identify data needs for AI applications.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms that ensure reliable access to trusted data.
• Define standards, infrastructure, and governance for AI-driven experiences.
• Implement data security and access control practices for sensitive information.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver solutions from deployment to support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• 4+ years of experience in data or software engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and models.
• Experience implementing data security and governance for sensitive data.
• Ability to independently drive projects from design through production.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, semantic layers, or model context protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments.
