What you will do
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key business stakeholders and represent business priorities to IT.
- Develop business-IT strategy and align IT roadmap to enable short- and long-term business goals.
- Lead planning and execution of initiatives that enable business teams through effective technology use.
- Manage business demands by setting priorities with business leaders and coordinating with Applications teams for Build and Run.
- Partner with business to evaluate, build business cases, and implement new technologies (including Digital, Industry 4.0, IoT solutions).
- Own IT budget and compliance (GDPR, SOX) and manage a team across regional site managers, project managers, business analysts, and developers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of internal/external IT experience and 10+ years in IT management, business analysis, consulting, process engineering, or solutions management.
- Experience leading large, complex projects and/or business/IT consulting/management roles.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP and CRM/technical support teams (e.g., SAP, IFS, Navision, Mapics, Salesforce).
- Experience implementing and leading engineering and technical support teams (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCad, Plant3D).
- German and English language required; ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, and build alliances.
- Ability to work autonomously.
