Principal Market Development Specialist (Medtech): Driving local market development and education efforts for Renal Denervation therapy with an accent on strategic alignment with sales and clinical stakeholders. Location: Must be based in Michigan (Detroit, Grand Rapids, or Lansing) with up to 50% travel required.
Salary: $127,200 – $190,800 USD

What you will do
- Implement and pilot market development strategies to ensure alignment with organizational launch objectives.
- Lead clinical data and program planning discussions with hospital administrators and physician stakeholders.
- Identify and partner with Interventional Cardiologists and HTN specialists to build service line awareness.
- Collaborate with local sales and reimbursement teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Track and report activity using customer relationship management software.
- Manage local pilot and therapy awareness activities within budget guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, market development, or sales (5 years with an Advanced Degree).
- Must reside within the Michigan territory and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong consultative selling and program development skills.
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science.
- Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience working in a hospital CV suite (Cath Lab, CV program leadership).
- Proven track record in developing new markets and executing performance tracking.
