What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Execute proactive passive sourcing strategies to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Maintain data hygiene in the applicant tracking system to provide accurate reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to ensure competitive offers and internal equity.
• Promote the employer brand through social media, networking, and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in data centers, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs evolve.
