What you will do
- Lead UX design across end-to-end insurance workflows including quoting, binding, and policy maintenance.
- Deliver new product experiences from discovery to delivery while optimizing existing workflows.
- Own UX design for insurance product configuration projects to ensure scalable user flows.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and usability reviews to align on user needs.
- Define UX patterns and interaction models to standardize workflows across internal and external tools.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer in regulated industries like insurance or fintech.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user research.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to translate complex, multi-step workflows into simple user experiences.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA as this role includes US-specific benefits like 401(k) and health insurance.
