What you will do

  • Lead UX design across end-to-end insurance workflows including quoting, binding, and policy maintenance.
  • Deliver new product experiences from discovery to delivery while optimizing existing workflows.
  • Own UX design for insurance product configuration projects to ensure scalable user flows.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
  • Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and usability reviews to align on user needs.
  • Define UX patterns and interaction models to standardize workflows across internal and external tools.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer in regulated industries like insurance or fintech.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user research.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to translate complex, multi-step workflows into simple user experiences.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA as this role includes US-specific benefits like 401(k) and health insurance.
