TL;DR

Salary: $186,763 - $195,000 per year

What you will do

  • Execute technical design for high-priority features from problem definition to final implementation.
  • Synthesize complex business objectives into intuitive UI/UX solutions for financial products.
  • Drive the development of shared design systems and component libraries to ensure visual coherence.
  • Facilitate design critiques and provide expert-level feedback to maintain high standards of craft.
  • Analyze user feedback and data insights to optimize product performance and interface elements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in product design.
  • Must be based in Menlo Park, CA, and able to work in-person at least three days per week.
  • Expertise in modern design tools and methodologies for complex digital interfaces.
  • Proven ability to manage full-lifecycle design projects from concept to completion.
