What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source top technical talent through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Provide regular reporting on recruitment progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
