TL;DR

Recruiter (HR): Managing the full recruitment cycle for clients with an accent on sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management. Focus on utilizing Boolean search, ATS, and multi-language communication to deliver high-quality talent pipelines.

Location: Hybrid (Veresegyház, Hungary) — Must be able to work from the office 2 times per week

What you will do

  • Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and search strategies.
  • Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details and drive candidate acceptance.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and identify solutions for search difficulties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Romanian and Hungarian languages.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
  • Must be based in Hungary and able to work hybridly in Veresegyház.
