What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Source IT talent through direct outreach, social media, and professional networks.
• Maintain and expand the candidate database within the ATS.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for technical roles.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and international recruitment events.
• Contribute to HR initiatives like employer branding and talent development.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Psychology, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
• Understanding of generative AI applications in recruitment and sourcing.
