Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office) in Madrid, Barcelona, Cluj, or Munich

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to deployment and monitoring autonomously.
• Develop APIs, tools, and libraries utilized daily by a team of over 100 AI members.
• Lead a team of 4+ AI/ML Engineers, owning their technical roadmap and deliverables.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and Data Engineering teams to define architecture and exchange protocols.
• Own complex technical initiatives, focusing on refactoring, standardization, and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML and software engineering.
• Mastery of the modern AI/ML stack: AWS, FastAPI, Docker, K8s, Python, CI/CD, and Airflow.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members on technical topics.
• Strong software engineering practices and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Barcelona, Cluj, or Munich on a hybrid basis.
