What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
• Oversee large-scale reporting projects, surfacing trends that align with client objectives.
• Own RFP and proposal responses to support pipeline growth and showcase insight capabilities.
• Facilitate client presentations, workshops, and meetings to communicate data-driven narratives.
• Collaborate with Revenue teams to sharpen client strategy and secure new opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in London with the ability to work from the office weekly.
• Proven experience in project management and managing senior client relationships.
• Demonstrated line management experience with a track record of developing team performance.
• Strong talent for data storytelling and translating numbers into clear, engaging narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides.
