Salary: €90,000–€145,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and build value-driven, outcomes-focused partnerships.
- Collaborate across Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and senior leadership to drive customer success.
- Define, develop, and execute scalable, repeatable customer success processes to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide proactive consultative guidance on the highest and best use of , connecting client challenges to platform capabilities.
- Act as “Voice of the Customer” by communicating customer needs and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Use data and SFDC/customer success tools to identify risks and opportunities and manage customer interactions.
Requirements
- EMEA-focused role with 5+ years in a client-facing Customer Success Manager role (preferably in financial software).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance, financial planning, and reporting processes.
- Excellent English communication with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and G-suite.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult stakeholders to solve business process and/or technical problems.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.

- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
