What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models to value private equity, venture capital, and private credit portfolios.
• Perform NAV reconciliations and pricing analyses to establish market-clearing price expectations.
• Draft marketing collateral including teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums, and client pitchbooks.
• Manage virtual data rooms and coordinate the due diligence process for secondary transactions.
• Analyze and synthesize bids received during auction processes for senior team members.
• Assist in identifying and profiling potential secondary buyers and sellers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, secondary advisory, private equity, or valuations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred or ability to obtain shortly after joining.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple transaction timelines.
