What you will do

• Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects and data center change requests.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve technical and operational issues during live operations.
• Manage risks and dependencies across live environments.
• Maintain operational documentation, including plans, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Lead stakeholder communication with regular progress updates, blocker escalation, and expectation management.
• Run meetings and technical discussions to drive decision-making, clear next steps, and timely execution; collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center infrastructure operations, preferably in high-performance or AI-oriented environments.
• Solid understanding of data center design and operations (racking, cabling, power planning, cooling considerations).
• Hands-on experience working with IT hardware in data centers.
• Comfort working in data center environments and during live operations.
• Experience in project delivery and team management with cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and workflow issues and produce clear deployment reports and documentation.
