Salary: $184,500–$277,000

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of 8-10 software developers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, Texas
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership or people management experience for a team of at least 10 developers.
• Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Full stack web development experience.
• Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, specifically HL7 FHIR.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.
