What you will do

• Own and scale onboarding programs and early enablement content for new customers.
• Advise customers on EHR-based study design, cohort definition, and analytical best practices.
• Develop and maintain adoption reporting, customer usage analyses, and support trend metrics.
• Create training content, webinars, and workshops focused on real-world evidence and platform capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Success teams to improve customer experience.
• Communicate product enhancements and data releases to the user base through scalable programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with EHR, claims, or real-world healthcare data.
• 3+ years of experience in customer enablement, success, or research support roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience building dashboards and analytical tools for customer health metrics.
