What you will do

• Provide thought leadership and strategic partnership to product stakeholders, influencing roadmap decisions with data-driven insights.
• Own the experimentation strategy for the product team, including test design, success metrics, sample-size estimation, guardrails, and results interpretation.
• Design intuitive dashboards in Looker that democratize data and elevate data self-service capabilities.
• Create and maintain KPI frameworks and measurement plans for new features and initiatives.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer strategic business questions, quantify opportunities, and recommend clear actions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests in a product environment.
• Experience working with subscription-based business models and metrics.
• Expert SQL skills.
• Advanced experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.

• Experience with price testing and modeling price elasticity.
• Experience with telehealth concepts.
• Project management experience.
• DBT, airflow, and Databricks experience.
