What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, providing technical direction and reviewing deliverables.
• Define and execute the provider analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Design and support production-grade analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, and Client Success teams to deliver solutions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data reliability and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare data analytics experience (provider, claims, network).
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be US based to comply with company policies and HIPAA.
• Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics).
• Experience building and maintaining datasets used for analytics and business operations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Spark or other distributed processing frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Working knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
