Software Engineer - Consumer Web (Healthcare)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $128,000–$192,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and test scalable components for data-driven health platforms.
• Develop consumer-facing products that deliver personalized experiences for patients and participants.
• Diagnose complex software defects and implement root-cause fixes to improve system reliability.
• Own feature delivery from concept through execution, including development plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define requirements and architect solutions.
• Address ambiguous technical problems and expand the impact of the platform beyond individual features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical software development experience.
• 3+ years of industry software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with React.
• Expertise building software and systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure; GCP is preferred.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, TypeScript, and/or SQL.
• Experience designing scalable data processing pipelines with BigQuery or other analytics-oriented databases.
• Healthcare or life sciences exposure, particularly HL7 FHIR.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
