• Participate in defining trading policies and order management procedures.
• Validate OMS configuration and support connectivity testing with BMV and BIVA platforms.
• Participate in the CNBV commencement-of-operations inspection.
• Conduct simulated trading sessions to validate end-to-end order flow.
• Execute client and proprietary orders across equity, fixed income, and derivatives markets.
• Ensure compliance with CUCB best execution and conflict of interest rules.

Требования

• Minimum 8 years at a casa de bolsa, with at least 5 years in an active trading role.
• Current AMIB certification as Operador Bursátil (Series 3) is a mandatory prerequisite.
• Hands-on experience with BMV SENTRA or BIVA trading platforms.
• Experience with OMS/EMS systems.
• Willingness to be individually registered with the CNBV and accept personal regulatory accountability.
• Spanish and English conversational proficiency required.
