Location: Must be based in Mexico. Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Central Time.

Compensation: $1,800 - $2,000 USD gross monthly.

What you will do

• Analyze merchant applications by evaluating risk scores, products, and policies.
• Investigate high-risk merchant activity to minimize fraud and reputational loss.
• Write and execute MySQL queries to analyze merchant performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Merchant Success and Support teams to resolve risk-related issues.
• Improve fraud detection frameworks and automate approval processes.
• Analyze merchant reputational risk using customer NPS reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in risk management, fraud, or financial crime prevention.
• Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required.
• Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of analytical experience in merchant/business fraud or credit risk management.
• Experience within e-commerce, banking, or financial institutions.
