What you will do

• Lead the preparation and maintenance of statutory books in accordance with MX GAAP.
• Oversee month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, specifically CFDI and SAT submissions.
• Collaborate with tax teams to support VAT (IVA), income tax (ISR), and audit activities.
• Partner with finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of MX GAAP and experience with financial reporting in Mexico.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
