Senior Analyst, GTM Systems & Tools (Customer Engineering)

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $132,000–$180,000 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape the GTM systems strategy and roadmap for the Customer Engineering organization.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
• Manage systems projects from intake through completion with GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product, and Development teams.
• Pair GTM strategy with scalable technology and improve customer-focused processes.
• Balance AI-driven future-state planning with current operational needs.
• Reduce silos across GTM teams by applying shared functionality and role-based context.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems.
• Experience managing GTM systems strategy, especially systems and processes connected to Salesforce, BI, and agentic tools.
• Experience documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing structured projects.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to create concise summaries for senior stakeholders and work through detailed issues with individual contributors.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering workflows.
• Experience co-designing revenue systems with business and engineering teams.
• Passion for revenue technology and improving productivity through systems.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
