TL;DR

Relativity SME (eDiscovery): Provide advanced support for Relativity used in litigation support, including specialized data culling, identification, and analytics workflows with an accent on complex searches, privilege screens, and testing Relativity software releases. Focus on building and maintaining templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces while resolving user access/performance issues and delivering training and documentation.

What you will do

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support and guidance to attorneys, investigators, and litigation support specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity using complex searches and custom indices for litigation holds and related matters.
• Resolve user issues with access, slowness, freezing, and viewer installation by working with Relativity and technical support groups.
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces or an entire division.
• Stay current with Relativity changes, integrations, and plugins; participate in the Relativity User Portal and related Relativity resources.
• Run Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation for key workflows.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least 10 years of litigation support experience, including preferably 4 years of progressively more advanced Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• Master’s degree or J.D., or Bachelor’s degree plus additional 3 years of experience (total 13 years) as a substitute.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Two Relativity certifications (preferably including RCA) and/or a Relativity Master certification.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Current or active clearance.
