What you will do

• Conduct French-language document review for eDiscovery matters, including privilege and responsiveness review.
• Perform redactions and support review workflows such as first and second review.
• Use conceptual searching and other review techniques to support case document discovery.
• Apply electronic document review processes using eDiscovery platforms.
• Support project needs including legal research, expert testimony support, and foreign language translation as required.

Requirements

• Fluency in French.
• Familiarity with document review workflows (e.g., privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first/second review).
• Experience with electronic document review technology (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint).
• Active bar admission in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction and status in good standing.
• Location is established on a project-by-project basis, including the opportunity for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience as a member of a document review team.
• Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
• 2+ years of legal support experience.
