What you will do

• Manage eDiscovery program personnel, staffing coverage, schedules, assignments, timekeeping, performance, and productivity.
• Coordinate client expectations, deliverables, reports, change requests, contract modifications, and communication with government stakeholders.
• Provide eDiscovery and technical subject matter expertise across the full resource and contract life cycle.
• Oversee Veritas eDiscovery or another recognized review platform, system maintenance, scheduled jobs, logs, backups, and technical assessments.
• Monitor Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, DNS, WINS, DHCP, LDAP, cloud infrastructure, and network architecture across physical and virtual environments.
• Ensure contract performance, quality assurance, costs, schedules, deliverables, training, and 24/7/365 operational coverage.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience managing eDiscovery programs, contractor personnel, project schedules, deliverables, and client relationships.
• Technical expertise with Veritas eDiscovery or a recognized review platform and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2019/2022, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, DNS, WINS, DHCP, LDAP, Azure or AWS, and network architecture.
• Ability to prepare reports, communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences, resolve conflicts, and manage contract performance.
