What you will do

• Develop overcurrent protection products (fuses) from planning and feasibility stages through to production release.
• Lead cross-functional development teams and manage technical aspects of the product development process.
• Create and deliver critical project documentation, including DFMEA, engineering drawings, and validation plans.
• Conduct research on new materials and process technologies through basic experimentation and prototyping.
• Provide technical support to process development, sales, marketing, and quality teams regarding product performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in new product development (NPD), preferably with electronic components like fuses, breakers, or relays.
• Proficiency with engineering tools, including 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Applied knowledge of APQP, with a specific focus on DFMEA.
• Result-oriented and self-initiated professional approach.
