What you will do

• Support road freight operations by obtaining quotes from freight forwarders and providing status updates.
• Manage the customer carrier process and ensure compliance with internal logistics criteria.
• Audit Cargobase invoices to verify document accuracy and approve or decline charges.
• Prepare monthly reports including Top 5 RCA and expedited freight expenses.
• Conduct detailed analysis for demurrages to support cost control initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, ratios, and percentages.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
• Ability to solve complex problems and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
