What you will do

  • Own the intake, scoping, and documentation of RevOps and Salesforce requests across the organization.
  • Translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements for architecture and development teams.
  • Lead the execution of mid-sized projects, including process enhancements and new workflow deployments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to drive alignment and manage expectations.
  • Proactively identify gaps in current processes and recommend scalable improvements.
  • Ensure high levels of data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and related systems.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations with a track record in strategic process development.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise, specifically in translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
