What you will do

• Own the strategy and evolution of platform capabilities enabling AI assistants and workflows to interact with CRM data reliably and scalably.
• Define integration patterns and tools for internal AI systems and external partners to connect to data and actions.
• Shape intelligence capabilities to improve how AI understands agent and lead activity through signals and summaries.
• Lead the product direction for memory capabilities to make AI experiences more personalized over time.
• Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams to assess tradeoffs and ship iterative solutions.
• Identify and prioritize high-value platform opportunities based on usage patterns and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, AI, LLMs, or technically complex spaces.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data models, and system design.
• Proven experience building AI-powered products, including knowledge of context, memory, and reliability.
• Systems-oriented mindset to design capabilities supporting multiple use cases.
• Track record of defining success metrics and making data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRMs, workflow automation, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with external integrations or adjacent AI platform capabilities.
