What you will do

• Own a portfolio of AI-powered use cases within the agentic customer lifecycle experience to drive specific customer outcomes.
• Drive discovery for AI-driven customer optimization and the expansion of AI capabilities into new channels.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to shape the context layer for delightful AI-powered customer experiences.
• Partner with Support and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for scalable, automated approaches over manual ones.
• Define success criteria and utilize quantitative data to improve AI agent accuracy and coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years of experience shipping AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Proven experience shipping agentic AI solutions and fluency in eval frameworks.
• Analytical rigor to assess customer behavior, AI agent accuracy, and business outcomes.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strategic communication skills to build conviction with cross-functional partners and leadership.
