What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery and support of complex engineering projects.
• Design and maintain core APIs, databases, and infrastructure for the task platform.
• Review peer code and advocate for high standards in system design and testing.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate mortgage services into the housing super app.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA with availability for occasional travel.
• 3+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, Node.js, and Go.
• Strong experience with both relational and non-relational database strategies.
• Proven track record as a technical leader with impact beyond immediate team.
• Passion for system design, code quality, and maintainability.

• Experience with Aurora Postgres and scaling relational databases.
• Background in Mortgage or Regulated Fintech industries.
