What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PV solar modules, arrays, inverters, and BESS containers.
• Execute advanced troubleshooting to repair equipment and ensure maximum facility efficiency.
• Collaborate with site teams and engineers across North America to solve complex technical issues.
• Coordinate and support third-party technicians during maintenance and construction activities.
• Manage high-quality technical documentation, including service tickets, LOTO, and safety permits.
• Assist in construction, commissioning, and transition of new facilities to the O&M team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Maui County, HI.
• 3+ years of experience as a solar PV technician or 5+ years in a utility-scale power plant.
• Expertise in AC/DC electrical systems, including substations (MV/HV).
• Valid NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card and hold a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and corrected 20/20 vision (non-color blind).
