Salary: $120,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products.
• Define actionable requirements and user stories based on stakeholder needs.
• Maintain an outcome-based product roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct product testing, performance monitoring, and stakeholder demos.
• Identify reusable enterprise AI patterns to streamline future implementations.
• Prepare executive-level reports, metrics, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product management or development.
• Proven experience managing LLM-based conversational agents.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and UI/UX principles.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days/week in New York office).
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, legal compliance, and ethical AI.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and Microsoft Office suite.
