Salary: $146,900 - $262,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead the multi-year product strategy, vision, and roadmap for customer-facing platforms.
• Drive the consolidation of legacy portals into a unified, AI-enabled customer experience.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to define system architecture, data models, and API integration patterns.
• Conduct customer journey mapping and usability testing to inform product prioritization.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from business case development to go-to-market rollout and KPI monitoring.
• Oversee internal and external change-management strategies to ensure strong platform adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL or New York City, NY.
• Proven track record in product management and leading successful product/service launches.
• Experience in modernizing customer-facing portals.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving acumen.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
