What you will do

• Drive the sales development strategy for the Asia-Pacific-Japan region.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of sales development associates.
• Collaborate with regional sales directors to develop demand generation plans.
• Monitor team metrics, analyze performance data, and address gaps.
• Ensure team adherence to established sales processes and tech stack optimization.
• Foster a positive team culture through regular coaching, performance reviews, and team-building events.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and coaching a high-performing sales development team.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in an SDR/BDR role for at least 2 years.
• Experience developing business across the Asia-Pacific-Japan region.
• Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability, procurement, or a related field.
