Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (minimum 2 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency
• Lead analytical deep dives and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Visualize and communicate analytical results to enable data-driven decision-making
• Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate marketing performance and account for uncertainties
• Explore and prototype AI-driven automation to streamline analytics workflows

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Barcelona office at least 2 days per week
• 3+ years experience in data analytics or data science roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
• Experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, and data visualization
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data simply
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or automation of analytics workflows is a plus
