TL;DR
Senior Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Designing and driving high-impact analytics solutions for marketing performance, building data pipelines, and creating interactive tools with an accent on statistical frameworks and AI-driven automation. Focus on leading analytical deep dives, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies.
Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (minimum 2 days onsite per week)

What you will do
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency
- Lead analytical deep dives and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Visualize and communicate analytical results to enable data-driven decision-making
- Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate marketing performance and account for uncertainties
- Explore and prototype AI-driven automation to streamline analytics workflows
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Barcelona office at least 2 days per week
- 3+ years experience in data analytics or data science roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
- Experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, and data visualization
- Strong communication skills to explain complex data simply
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or automation of analytics workflows is a plus
