What you will do
- Act as the technical sales lead throughout the pre-sales process for enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Design and champion complex security solutions across the entire product portfolio.
- Deliver onsite product demonstrations, white-boarding sessions, and threat assessments.
- Provide customer insights to product management and engineering teams to influence product development.
- Present at industry seminars and trade shows to represent the company.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Security Engineer.
- Experience in cybersecurity domains like secure messaging, data security, network security, or SOC.
- Track record of managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of underlying protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and SMTP.
- Ability to present effectively to both technical staff and C-suite executives.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise email solutions like O365 or G-Suite.
- Knowledge of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and MITRE.
- Experience with cloud security and shadow IT.
