What you will do

  • Act as the technical sales lead throughout the pre-sales process for enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
  • Design and champion complex security solutions across the entire product portfolio.
  • Deliver onsite product demonstrations, white-boarding sessions, and threat assessments.
  • Provide customer insights to product management and engineering teams to influence product development.
  • Present at industry seminars and trade shows to represent the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • Proven hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Security Engineer.
  • Experience in cybersecurity domains like secure messaging, data security, network security, or SOC.
  • Track record of managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of underlying protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and SMTP.
  • Ability to present effectively to both technical staff and C-suite executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise email solutions like O365 or G-Suite.
  • Knowledge of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and MITRE.
  • Experience with cloud security and shadow IT.
