Location: Must be based in Houston, Texas. This role follows a hybrid workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise business architecture strategy.
• Lead business architecture efforts for large-scale transformation programs.
• Mentor and develop business architecture talent within the team.
• Establish governance structures and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Facilitate enterprise-level collaboration and strategic alignment across business areas.
• Advise senior leadership and shape strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a business architect, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture tooling, specifically Ardoq.
• Deep understanding of Operating Models, strategic planning, and organizational design.
• Advanced capability in business capability management, value stream mapping, and strategic portfolio alignment.
• Proficiency in ArchiMate or other modeling techniques.
• TOGAF Practitioner certification required.

Nice to have

• Working towards CBA Level 1 certification.
• Exposure to technology and application layers in architectural modeling.
